How many teams train with size 1 & 2 balls Empty

Was wondering how many teams use these small balls at training. At the age our lads are at touch is the most important thing they can develop and the smaller ball works wonders. Also was looking at the Futebol de salao ball, the size 2 ball which is heavier and has less rebound so it encourages boys to play the game on the deck and eliminates the 'PUNT' and this is something I think would be worthwhile introducing to training. Has any club tried this yet?

Hi Diamond,
I have not went as small as a size 2 ball, although I have introduced the Futebol de salao ball to training over the past year or so and have found it does encourage the players to play football on the deck rather than go for a long ball every time which as you know will be a great advantage as they get older.

The ball in question is the one used by Simon Cliffords franchise The Brazillian soccer school , it is very good and with the right coach to demonstrate etc it is very good at skill teaching, we looked into the coaches attending our training but it is very expensive as are the balls to purchase.
